I saw a pair myself today. I think so. Question is, are you allowed to list them?

I think so.
Can't list them, they're a domestic breed of mallard. Like seeing a labrador and calling it a wolf

Probably not a true Pekin (like Aylseburys, more ducks claimed to be the breed aren't).
Shapewise, I would think that a White Campbell is a closer match (if it is a pure breed).
