Default High flyers

Whilst watching some Barn Owls I became aware of a noise that had me scratching my head. If you say 'Who' and repeat quickly, sounded like a muffled, distant dog barking.

I looked around and up and there they were, high and a perfect vee. Immediately thought of geese although the noise was a bit confusing.

At home I zoomed in and I think the birds were Whooper Swans. I counted the birds in the picture and got to around 120.

What do you think?

Well spotted and captured Norman......coincidentally I heard a flock of geese flyover very early this morning......it's that time of year!

The problem is...you can't bottle it....the moment goes as quickly.

Walking on my own, there is no one there to share it.

At least I saw it.

You can bottle it in your memory Norman.

It's stored forever as a photograph Norman and as Judith says in your memory too!
