Default Mystery bird on my feeder

Last week as I was leaving for work early in the morning I spotted this bird on my feeder

At first glance I though it was a blue tit but it was so yellow that it drew my was similar in size. I grabbed my camera and managed to take this shot though the window. My apologies, it isn't a great picture, it was poor light first thing in the morning. It is only now I have got back to look at it and I really do not know what it is. Most of the tit family don't have black caps and they all seem to have a line running though the eye.
Any ideas anyone?
I feel like I am missing something obvious..

Hi Chrissy,

I think it may be a Siskin. They have forked tails but I cant see the wings or tail in the photo, do you recall if the tail was forked?

Hopefully someone with more experience can confirm or not.

Hope this helps,
