Aren't the wings a bit long for Chiffchaff? I'd plump for Willow Warbler on that basis, although I agree it looks a bit Chiffish on some less diagnostic features.

I agree with Dave, this looks like a Willow Warbler to me (an adult because a juvenile would be more yellow underneath).
As well as the length of the primary projection, the spacing of the primary tips, and details in the facial pattern suggest this ID.
