Default ID please on poss goshawk

Hi

New on here so please be kind! I know it's not the best picture - I have seen this bird 3 times now, it is definitely grey in colour with a white front. It is buzzard size, and sits in a field next to some large woods. Would goshawks sit out in the open like this?

Thanks for any input.
