Default Gull ID please

I initially thought this was a tern by its flight but it tuned out to be a gull. Is it a Little Gull or is it just a black-headed in a different guise?

Black headed gull, Little gull has black underwings.

Only when fully adult.
It is a B-h Gull, like Mike says though - the white outer primaries rule out terns, and most other gulls (including Little Gull).
