Bird seen in Cyprus ID please

Hi hope this one turns out ok first one I forgot to reduce, I saw this bird in the troodos mountains, do you think bonelies or a buteo. best regards mac

Hi Mike yes its the same, I made a boo boo with picture so I re posted but did not know how to cancel thread, but I managed to change picture. best regards mac
