Default Which Pipit????

Can anyone help with this image taken today at Tatton Park,Cheshire.....i'm hoping it's a Tree Pipit? but thinking Meadow??
It flew unlike a Meadow with a distinctive teeew noise and all the time it was in this tree was flicking it's tail constantly.

Here's another view.
I've just listened to a recording of a Tree Pipit to confirm and am quite hopeful as this was what we saw!

Its very hard to tell but there is a suspicion of a long hind claw on your pics, unless its a bit of twig, lets hope it is.

It's a Meadow Pipit, the long hind claw and heavy streaking down sides are the pointers here

cheers, John
