Hi basemonst

The bird in the image is a male Sparrowhawk, the rufous tinge to chest and cheeks and the blue grey colouring to the back are a give-away

It's definitely a sparrowhawk .

Mainly because of its colouring.


Funnily enough it does look a bit like a penguin!

I know the photo was taken in uk though, so I discounted that option, haha
