This bird appeared in a field with 7 common buzzards however, it appeared to be a lot bigger than the buzzards and in fact the buzzards move away when it neared them. The bird in question was very white on the belly and head, it also have very furry white legs. its beak appeared short and turned over at the end and the base of it was yellow. At times it flew up on to an electrical pylon where it would pread its wing in a manner similar to a cormorant when it is drying them.
I would appreciate it if you could give me some clues as to what it is please. Last edited by Steve B; 07-11-09 at 08:36 PM. |
