Default ID Help Please

Its that time of year again, I'm in Cornwall and need help with an ID

Saw this bird at Wadebridge this afternoon and it has me stumped, any help would be appreciated.

It's a Black Redstart. Nice Pics. Shame can't see it's tail where the colour is.
