Default Any help with this bird please.

Hello new on here, so will start with asking for help, got
this bird last week singing its head off on the edge
of Dalby Forest, I think its a pipit, any thought.

I'd agree with pipit, can't really see enough to be confident on which one though. As its in a tree, I'd guess tree pipit

Agree clearly either a Tree or Meadow pipit, but not possible to say for sure which. Meadow do regularly perch in trees so that's not enough to be sure. Needs a better resolution photo to see the face, bill and flanks detail I'm afraid.

Thanks I was hoping it was a Tree pipit, but as you say pictures
is not that good, due to the distance, thanks anyway, and

This bird looks slightly larger than meadow pipit, and the bill
look heavier, upper parts look heavily streaked, unlike meadow pipit
which is quite light,which IMO all point to the bird in the picture
been a Tree Pipit.

Not sure which photo you're looking at Alan, but the one I'm looking at has the bill end on, and is from below with the upper parts not visible!
I'm my view it just isn't possible to separate the two on this image.
