Default Migratory geese?

I spotted several unusual geese at a golf course on the west coast of Ireland today. By any chance are these black brant geese, or are they another species?

Yes, Brent geese of the pale-bellied hrota subspecies. Given the location in Iteland they are likely from the Canadian population, as opposed to Svalbard.

Best ID feature is the sharp clear line between the dark breast and pale belly.
