what bird

Please can you tell me is it a Whitethroat or a Warbler,in trees next to a small pond,one side has Irises in and some Rushes.Photos in Cevin Album.

My guess is its a Willow Warbler.

Thanks Neil,for putting the photo up haven't worked out how to do it.
Thanks to John and astafjevs for your comments, to get my "first" Warbler,I'd spent 4hr's wondering round the country side looking for something i've not seen before. Only to find them on the way back to the car!!!!!

Birds can turn up when you least expect them that's for sure.

Still, I'm sure you're pleased now you know it's a first!
