Default Lake Skadar

Good Evening,

I was away on Holiday in Montenegro with a group of non-birding friends.

On one of the Excursions we took a boat trip out on Lake Skadar and we saw

(Great Cormorant, Pygmy cormorant, Coot, Little Grebe, Great Crested Grebe and other birds) The lake holds 250 different Species. We saw a couple of Herons and other waders in the Reeds. Dalmatian Pelicans can be seen, but we didn't see any. It is a major stopping place for migrants. Probably best in Winter with Telescopes.

Best Wishes

Jonathan
