Ah, they were keeping the flat warm for you Ian. Nice shots but rather in your flat than mine.

Had green versions in our hotel room in Corfu and my man bravely went in with a brush to chase it out the window. He has never admitted what happened but the brush suddenly hit the floor and he came rushing out pretending he was still chasing it. He was running scared more like.

Prrof in the pudding when we got to the hotel door next night after a walk through a dark lane which was a shortcut to the hotel - I was petrified of the grasshoppers that seemed to be right next to my face . I couldn't see them but you knew by the sounds they were right next to you and sounded like thousands of them. Jim had a good laugh at me being screamish but on the door was another green lizard thing and that was me getting screamish again, he walked up to the door to chase it and it actually jumped onto his face like that film Alien LOL

I laughed so hard I alost wet myself and I couldn't stop laughing for ages. He was getting annoyed! I'm laughing thinking about it now.

It's funny how harmless creatures get us at times.

It was on the shower curtain while I was having a bath this evening. Glad it didn't fall in! By the way, does anyone know if geckos can swim?
