The left hand bird is a Goshawk (note, broad base to tail and rounded edges at end of tail. The tail is also proportionately shorter than Sparrowhawk, the shape profile suggests a male bird). The right hand bird is a Sparrowhawk (note the narrower tail base and also squarer ended tail)
