Getting Close to Birds - 2005/12/15 06:20
I have very recently taken up birding and I'm finding one thing more difficult than anything else. How does one get close enough to Warblers, tits and other very small birds, at least close enough to manage a poitive ID...I have had great difficulty catching sight for long enough to make an ID on a number of occasions, most often when a bird is sitting in thick foliage! :roll: I realise this may be really basic stuff but please help me out. Thanks in advance! :oops:
