Tamron 20 - 60x scope - 2007/09/16 04:51 My father is interest in purchasing a spotting scope and has been offered one by a friend. His problem is he(or myself, his son) does not know anything about the subject and does not want to be done. The model is a Tamron model 05T with with details as follows -

Magnification 20x-60x variable zoom

Objective aperture 65mm

Exit pupil diameter 3.25mm-1.08mm

Eye relief distance 18mm

Resolution at centre 20x - 3.5" 60x - 2.6"

Does anybody have any idea how old this model may be and how much it may have cost new?

He would also like to attach a Canon digital SLR. Does anyone know where he would find an attachment for it.

Many thanks in antiipation
